Meet the team

John serves as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst, specializing in multifamily investment properties throughout West Orange County, including Fountain Valley, Westmintster, and Garden Grove. He partners with clients to help them maximize returns, manage risks, and build long-term real estate portfolios tailored to their financial goals.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, John grew up deeply involved in the world of athletics, competing in multiple sports from a young age. His athletic background instilled lifelong values of discipline, perseverance, integrity, accountability, and resilience – qualities that continue to shape his professional demeanor today.

John attended El Dorado High School in Placentia, where he lettered in men’s basketball and earned numerous honors and wards, including First Team All-League, All-Conference, All-County, Orange County All-Star, Team MVP, and served as Team Captain. He continued his athletic and academic career at San Francisco State University, where he was a four-year member of the men’s basketball team and a two-year captain. His leadership extended beyond the court, earning him All-Conference and Academic All-District honors, while sharpening his communication and personal development skills.

While attending San Francisco State University, John earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and marketing, along with a minor in decision sciences. His education, combined with his athletic experience, deviled his analytical thinking, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, preparing him for business success.

Outside of work, John enjoys a wide variety of hobbies and activities. These include working out, spending time with friends and family, and staying active in the sports community. His favorites are basketball and golf.
