Austin Taylor specializes in Opportunity Zone investments, helping clients strategically reduce or eliminate capital gains taxes through Centennial Advisers’ unique OZ strategy. Unlike traditional DSTs, his approach gives clients greater control over their capital while still benefitting from powerful tax incentives and long-term growth. He works closely with business owners, investors, and financial professionals to structure tax-efficient transactions that align with long-term investment goals.

Austin is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Originally from Vermont, he developed a strong foundation in market dynamics, data analysis, and strategic decision making, all of which contribute to his effectiveness as a real estate professional. He began his real estate journey through an internship at Pomerleau Real Estate, a respected commercial firm in Vermont. There, he gained hands-on experience marketing investment properties, creating professional offering memorandums, conducting market outreach, and managing online listings. His exposure to commercial assets, from retail properties to warehouse space, solidified his long-term commitment to the industry and motivated him to pursue a real estate career in California, where he now lives and works.

Outside of real estate, Austin enjoys travel, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors, whether exploring local trails or discovering new landscapes across the country. His combination of technical expertise, industry experience, and a client-focused mindset makes him a trusted partner for investors seeking strategic real estate opportunities.
