Our 8-week training program jump-starts your career helping you to do in 2 years what it takes most to do in 5. We don’t just stop at the training program, we offer sales meetings, workshops and one-on-ones with experienced advisers throughout your career, so you can stay on track for success.   

I’m an experienced Broker and want to make a move for a better opportunity.

A team of pre-trained mentees can benefit from your experience. We build a team under our experienced brokers. Newer advisers learn in the field from experienced advisers, in return, they make calls, schedule meetings, and bring in the business expanding the reach of the experienced brokers. I’m licensed and have been selling residential real estate for some time but I want to transition to Commercial Real Estate.

We have many brokers who started their careers in residential real estate and went on to successful commercial careers. Selling commercial real estate is quite different from residential but don’t let that stop you. You’ll be immersed in our 8-week training program, hitting the ground running in your “territory”. You won’t be on your own once training is over, we have continuing education with workshops, role-play exercises, and sales meetings. Our advisers love bouncing ideas off of each other in the office. Administrative Assistant: The Administrative Assistant keeps the office running smoothly, supports the staff team, and manages internal events for our team. 

Research: A Research Associate keeps our data fresh, with rent surveys, owner contact information, or localized market data, our research associate is a resource for the team.  

Transaction Coordinator : The Transaction Coordinators prepare contracts and track the progress of individual transactions. They are highly detail-oriented and fast workers.  

Marketing Coordinator: Marketing Coordinators manage the marketing timelines for all listings from proposal to closing. They help agents put together all branded content to get deals sold. They also oversee all company marketing channels.

Job Title: Associate Investment Adviser

Duties: Assist in providing investment advice to clients in real estate, particularly within the Opportunity Zones space, which was established by the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act of 2017. Provide financial liabilities, opportunities & risks to clients to ensure that they understand the consequences of their investments. Assist senior investment managers with their clients, preparation, review & modification of financial docs. Provide guidance & portfolio to clients for the best properties to invest in and purchase.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, International Studies, or directly related field or equivalent
