Meet the team

Raised in Santa Barbara, Matt was immersed in the business world early on, thanks to his parents’ ownership of several family-owned properties and personal entrepreneurial endeavors.

A natural-born swimmer, Matt was a part of water polo and competitive swimming growing up. He began his sales career by fixing and flipping vintage motorcycles during high school.  He graduated from Santa Ynez High School and continued his education in Santa Barbara while pursuing a career.

Over the years, Matt developed a broad skill set across several industries, including marine diving, deep sea welding, and experience as an automotive technician, which helped shape his ability to adapt and lead with a hands-on approach.

With ambitions to make his mark, Matt made the move to Los Angeles for better opportunities.  With past exposure to real estate, Matt specializes in multifamily investment properties, bringing a hands-on and relationship approach to every deal.

Matt has an appreciation for classic cars and motorcycle restoration and a deep passion for high-adrenaline activities, such as diving, spear fishing, marathon running, and fitness. This is all in tandem with his desire to unlock his full potential.
