Meet the team

Kyle Hernandez is an associate at Centennial Advisers specializing in multifamily investment sales, bringing a strong foundation of communication, client relations, and strategic sales to every transaction. After earning a Sports Marketing degree from Texas Christian University, Kyle decided to shift his focus towards real estate and began the licensing process after returning to Southern California. His interest was sparked by his mother, who became involved in vacation rentals in the past decade. His sales skills were first developed at Apex Outsourcing in Irvine, where he gained invaluable experience in understanding client needs and communicating effectively with business owners. His professional experience in the sports broadcasting world also helped sharpen his problem-solving skills, teaching him the important values of being a quick thinker and versatile team member.

Before joining Centennial Advisers, Kyle refined his people skills as a service attended at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, where he learned the importance of relationship building and exceptional service. A graduate of St. Anthony’s High School in Long Beach, Kyle now applies those same values to his work in commercial real estate, helping clients make informed decisions, maximize opportunities, and achieve long-term success.

Out of the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and working on his broken golf swing.
