Kandace brings a diversified and comprehensive background to Centennial Advisers, offering deep expertise across commercial real estate, real estate lending, private banking, development, secondary marketing, and management. Known for her ability to navigate and resolve challenging transactions, Kandace specializes in developing clear, strategic solutions for difficult projects and successfully bringing them to close – all while building long-term, tested relationships with clients and partners.

Along with her work in all areas of commercial real estate – including national tenant retail, multi-tenant retail, office spaces, and industrial buildings – Kandace’s diverse career also included experience in talk radio, lecturing, and writing, underscoring her ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and impact.
