Dylan was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. During his childhood, he developed a passion for basketball; through this experience, Dylan gained a deep appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and a competitive drive – qualities that continue to fuel his professional success.

Dylan attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurship. LMU’s rigorous program sharpened his ability to solve real-world problems and laid the foundation for his strong work ethic. While at LMU, Dylan co-founded a mobile application designed to help individuals communicate more effectively, showcasing his creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

While earning his degree, Dylan also took on a full-time role at an insurance brokerage, where he was first introduced to sales. He quickly discovers that sales is about building relationships, understanding clients’ goals, and delivering solutions through hard work and innovative thinking. Today, Dylan specialized in multifamily real estate in Los Angeles, where he partners with clients to provide tailored advisory services. By identifying opportunities to improve cash flow, conducting strategic financial analyses, and guiding clients through 1031 exchanges, Dylan is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals, taking the time to understand their unique stories and priorities.
