Caden’s clients benefit from his persistent prospecting effort and his desire for market exposure. California has the 4th largest GDP in the world – falling just behind the entire country of Germany – and Caden understands just how vital the SoCal industrial market is to the western region of the United States. He has a passion for tracking macroeconomic trends and connecting with all major market players to ultimately serve his mission of guiding clients in the leasing, selling, and acquisition of valuable industrial real estate.

After beginning his career in 2018 under a residential developer, Caden learned the ins and outs of sourcing opportunities in a highly competitive market, raising capital, and working alongside municipal departments to deliver on 41 different projects across LA and Orange County. After working on his first industrial deal in 2021, Caden decided to embark on his career in brokerage, joining Centennial Advisers at the end of 2023. Since then, he has represented established businesses, startups, investors, and family offices.

Caden resides in San Clemente with his golden retriever, Stevie. He can occasionally be found surfing local breaks or snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain. He remains active in organizations such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the New American Industrial Alliance.
