Sheila manages timelines, contract compliance, and communication between agents, escrow, lenders, and all parties involved – keeping transactions on track. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, she anticipates challenges early and helps resolve them efficiently, allowing agents to stay focused on their clients and production.

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Her son proudly serves as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, a role she supports with deep pride.
