Meet the team

Mr. Kimose began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1995. He has handled industrial, multi-family, office, retail and land transactions. Mr. Kimose has completed transactions in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Florida, North Carolina, and California. He is frequently consulted prior to going to market to work with property managers and asset managers in the effort to prepare a property for the marketing process. He has completed transactions from as small as $75,000 to as large as $25,000,000. Mr. Kimose has previously acted as a Director of Acquisitions, Director of Asset Management, Vice President of Investments, and Vice President of Commercial Brokerage. He has owned several commercial properties over the years.

Mr. Kimose has previously been recognized by the Colorado Real Estate Journal as one of the top 10 commercial real estate brokers in the State of Colorado. He led his previous team to be recognized as one of the top 25 commercial real estate brokerage firms. For several years, Mr. Kimose was engaged by Adams County as a BOE Referee, acting as a hearing officer for property value disputes. He has previously acted as an expert witness and was engaged by the Federal Bankruptcy Court as a bonded and insured receiver. He is a member of the Forbes council on Real Estate.

Mr. Kimose has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he earned a scholarship in soccer. He enjoys spending time with his 3 children and pets.
