Mr. Williams specializes in the acquisition and sales of multifamily investment properties in Los Angeles County with an emphasis on South Bay cities. Mr. Williams has over 18 years in the real estate business with majority of that experience coming in real estate finance and debt structuring side where he started as an Investment Analyst at Bear Stearns and eventually moved to become a loan broker and developed his customer service skills and later became an underwriter where he honed his analytical skills. Mr. Williams worked for financial institutions such as Cal National Bank where he worked with developers to secure Construction loans ranging from $1 million to $30 million for product types including multifamily, self storage, retail centers, office buildings and mixed use projects. Mr. Williams also worked at lending giant Freddie Mac Commercial where he underwrote multi-million dollar multifamily deals for some of the biggest investors in real estate. After gaining a solid foundation in the debt structuring markets, Mr. Williams joined Centennial where he is now able to combine his superior customer service and people skills which allow him to bring the right buyers and sellers with an acute analytical mind that can quickly underwrite the numbers of a property and let the buyers and/or seller what type of a deal they have. Mr. Williams graduated from the Northwestern University with a concentration in Economics. Although incredibly passionate about real estate, Mr. Williams spends a great deal of time reading, playing basketball and spending time with his family.
