Eric Christopher began Multi-Family Brokerage with Sperry Van Ness in 1997. Following his tenure at SVN, specializing in the Anaheim/ North Orange County submarket, Eric moved West to Long Beach and began building expertise in the Long Beach submarket and has been working here since 2006. First with Marcus & Millichap and then with INCO Commercial Realty.
Two weeks following high school graduation, Eric was off to US Navy boot camp. Following basic training and a from there, he was then stationed aboard the USS Shasta (AE-33) to serve his enlistment aboard a Naval ship. During his tenure aboard the Shasta, Eric participated in two Western Pacific deployments. The 1987 deployment, as part of the USS Ranger Battle Group, involved combat situations with Iran in the Persian Gulf. From that Eric earned the Armed Forces Expeditionary medal. He also earned the Naval Sea Service Medal, as the USS Shasta was underway for 78 straight days during that same deployment. This military experience taught Eric many lessons including Accountability, discipline, duty.
Following his Naval tour, Eric began college and began learning the ropes of business at his Father’s Insurance Agency, where they specialized in Heavy Construction and Real Estate development risks. This experience was where the seed of interest in real estate was planted.
