Daniel Roland joined Centennial Advisers in 2018 with specialization in the sale and leasing of industrial investment properties. His interest in real estate stemmed from his family who have been in the industry for over 40 years. Open houses, designing and executing marketing campaigns for listings, are just a few of the experiences that equipped Daniel with many of the skills he needed to succeed as a commercial broker. By the end of 2020, he had already earned the title of Senior Adviser.

Focusing his efforts in and around Long Beach and Signal Hill, Daniel has helped multiple business owners expand into new spaces and helped others perform seamless 1031 Exchanges, significantly improving their investment portfolios. He strives to be a resource to owners and their families, providing solutions to problems they face with their real estate investments. Helping clients make more money, save time, or sell their property and get them into something that fits their current financial goals, Daniel is adept at investment property finances.

Recently, Daniel helped third-generation owners of a 90-year-old business in Wilmington, sell their 36,000 square foot property.  Daniel worked tirelessly, he negotiated the terms including generating over ten offers, multiple extensions, and a long timeline to ensure the owners had more than enough time to get ready to sell a building they had grown up in. He communicated frequently and in detail with all stakeholders to make the transaction clear and to help them find their next property.  The owners were thrilled to get full market value for their property as well as a NNN building with excellent cashflow for their retirement.

“We provide a Nordstrom-like experience for clients and put them first throughout the entire transaction. Everyone who works at Centennial genuinely cares for their clients and wants to see them do better than they ever thought they could with their real estate,” says Roland.

Daniel Roland was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. He attended Lowell Elementary, Will Rogers Middle School, and Woodrow Wilson High School. For the first time he left the city of Long Beach in 2013 and attended the University of Oregon for 4 years. He received a degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Banking, and a Minor from the Lundquist College of Business.
