As a multiple sport athlete, Brennan competed at the collegiate level in hockey and football where he was a standout player in both sports. Due to injuries he began to focus on academics and after earning his BA, he moved to Southern California where he added a Master’s Degree from California State University, Long Beach.
Following his studies Brennan founded, owned and operated a very popular business in Huntington Beach which had many “A” list celebrities and professional athletes as clientele. He took the opportunity to sell the business in the early 2000’s. He was also hired to rebrand a 67 year old bakery business and successfully sold that as well.
Brennan entered the world of real estate by way of experience. He has invested in commercial and residential real estate and has been involved in the purchasing, selling and leasing of commercial real estate for over 20 years. He has done millions of dollars in transactions and has worked with small independent businesses and publicly traded companies. He has expertise in building relationships, creating vision, and implementing strategies to help benefit sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.
Brennan stays active in sports as a coach for the Los Angeles Kings junior hockey program.
