Raised in Dawsonville, Georgia, Travis was immersed in the business world early on, thanks to his parents’ ownership of a rigging and trucking company. This environment instilled in him a strong work ethic, sharp communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset that shaped his approach to both business and life.

An all-around athlete growing up, Travis was involved in football, baseball, basketball, motocross, and mixed martial arts. He graduated from Dawson County High School with honors, ultimately closing to forgo college scholarships in favor of jumping directly into the workforce to gain real world experience.

Over the years, Travis developed a broad skill set across several industries, including sales, logistics, dock and boat operations, which helped shape his ability to adapt, lead, and think strategically.

Motivated by personal growth and long-term goals, Travis made the bold decision to move to California to chase bigger opportunities. With aspirations of becoming an investor himself, he found a natural fit in the real estate world. Today, Travis specializes in multifamily investment properties, bringing tenacity, insight, and a relationship first approach to every deal.

Travis has a deep passion for high-adrenaline activities and an appreciation for classic and high-performance cars, motorcycles, and aviation. His interests also include fitness, competitive sports, psychology, and a constant drive to explore new places and experiences, reflecting his dynamic and adventurous spirit.
