Meet the team

Thibault Weber is a driven entrepreneur and business professional born in France and raised in Asia and California. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine, Thibault has developed a strong foundation in both business strategy and economics, which he has applied throughout his career.

He is the founder and former CEO of GoTurbo LLC, a software-as-a-service company that focused on automating marketing and technical systems while improving client onboarding processes. His work at GoTurbo centered around helping businesses streamline their operations, using emerging technologies like AI to enhance customer engagement and reputation management.

In addition to his work in business, Thibault has a background in the culinary arts. While studying, he started his ventures as a private chef and bartender, honing his skills in find dining and mixology. His passion for food and hospitality allowed him to build a successful catering side business at the time.

Thibault is fluent in both English and French; along with his diverse international cultural background, this has enabled him to connect with a wide range of clients and collaborators. Throughout his career, he has shown a dedication to continuous learning and adapting to new challenges, always striving to deliver value and drive growth for the projects he is involved in.

In his free time, Thibault enjoys staying active at the gym, unwinding at the beach with his dog, or crafting a delicious meal in the kitchen.
