Born and raised in Whittier, California, Brenda attended California High School. There, she was a student of the Business Academy, an educational program that integrates business practices and academic subjects in a manner that prepares students for furthering their education at the post-secondary level or entering the workforce with competitive business skills. She established lifelong learning skills, gained networking opportunities, work ethics, and professional development at the Academy. Her passion for business and community engagement was further solidified through participation in the Whittier Chamber of Commerce Student Leadership program.
After graduating in 2018, Brenda ventured into the car sales field, where she quickly excelled due to her sales skills, customer-oriented approach, and her passion for cars. Brenda’s entrepreneurial mindset led her to expand her expertise. In 2022, she transitioned into commercial real estate. She shadowed various successful agents, learning the fundamentals of real estate. She conducted market research and analyzed trends to identify potential investment opportunities. Over the past few years, Brenda has successfully managed commercial leases, showcasing her ability to navigate business needs and complex transactions.
Joining the Centennial Advisers team, she now specializes in helping industrial property owners around Whittier and Santa Fe Springs navigate strategies to best optimize their businesses and investments. Brenda’s strengths lie in her effective communication, collaborative spirit, and adaptability to evolving challenges. These qualities, combined with her experience and dedication, make her a valuable asset to her clients.
Brenda believes it’s the small acts of kindness that lead to meaningful change. She continues giving back to her community through volunteering. She is an active member of the Hispanic Outreach Taskforce, a program dedicated to improving the quality of life for Hispanics and the community through initiatives in education, health, economic development, financial literacy, and the cultural arts. She is also in the Membership Committee for CREW Los Angeles (Commercial Real Estate Women – LA), a professional organization dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate through networking, mentorship, and educational opportunities.
Outside of work, Brenda enjoys playing tennis, spending time in nature, and exploring fine dining restaurants.
