Meet the team

Bella Schmick is a young professional specializing in multifamily real estate in Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach. Originally from Spokane, Washington, Bella was inspired to pursue a career in real estate by her grandmother, who worked in the industry and showed her from a young age the value of strong client relationships and local market knowledge.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of San Diego, with minors in Supply Chain Management and French. While in school, Bella gained hands-on experience through internships in real estate marketing, accounting, and procurement, building a strong foundation in both creative and analytical facets of the business. Whether preparing investment reports or helping a property stand out in the market, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and client-first approach to everything she does.

Outside of work, Bella enjoys getting outdoors as much as possible, whether at the beach, going for a walk, or planning her next travel adventure. After studying abroad in the south of France, she fell in love with exploring new places and cultures. She brings that same curiosity and energy to her work, always looking for creative ways to add value and help her clients succeed.
