Edward Krajewski is a multi-family property investment specialist. A longtime resident of Huntington Beach, he fittingly focuses on the beach cities of North Orange County.
With over 30 years of experience as a trader and a zeal for real estate, Ed offers his clients a unique knowledge base of markets coupled with exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
Prior to joining Centennial Advisers Ed worked independently trading futures and equities. He began his professional career as a member of The Chicago Board of Trade spending 15 years in the soybean-oil pit as a floor broker. After leaving the floor Ed expanded his personal trading focus to include financial futures, stocks and stock options. During that time, he learned one of the most valuable lessons of his trading career: you can never do too much research. The same is true for the housing market, which made Ed’s transition to real estate a natural fit. No matter a client’s needs Ed’s goal is to always provide expert market knowledge and candid advice.
Ed attended Purdue University where he was a member of the football team while earning his BS in Agricultural Economics. Without specifically dating himself he was there after Jim Everett and before Drew Brees.
Ed is a Chicago native now living in Huntington Beach. When not following the markets either trading or real estate his time is devoted to his three teenaged kids. He also enjoys the beach, the mountains, reading and most sports as a player or spectator.
